The phone comes with only two extra handsets where as the images depict 3 extra handsets apart from the handset for the base unit. I called up amazon and they were ready to refund me 25% of the price because of a missing expansion handset.

I needed a total of four handsets for my use. I am returning it back for a full refund.

I agree with Some guy review. Nothing fancy about this phone. Handsets are heavy. I had problem with battery life. It used to last for not more that 30 mins. I called Amazon and they guided me to talk to Motorola. Motorola has promised to send replacment batteies. Hopefully, it will work better after that. I also agree that this phone has good voice clarity and other function like room monitoring, etc

It comes with one base, handset and two additional handsets only and not 3 as advertised by Amazon. But the quality of the phone is amazing. Speaker phone is crystal clear. I like the way the intercom works. Too easy to setup the phone. Digial answering is perfect. I could name each handset. Voice quality is clear through out my Town House.
Overall...Excellent.
