OK So this is a good deal and I did not expect alot. The product arrived with no real visible outside box damage and was easy to put together (4 wheels and the handle), however it would have appeared to have been dropped or banged around a bit so arrived in non perfect shape. The bottom draw sticks because of this and there is some paint chips on the bottom corner due to damage tot he corner. However it is functional for my needs and value for money compared to others around. But if you have high expectations for the received quality then please be warned its not going to be like what you see in Lowes, Home Depot, Sears etc, you may get it a bit banged up. It is pretty heavy so this may account for the damage, but they (Excel and not Amazon) really do need to provide more package protection than the 1/2 inch of packing material that wrapped the box.
For this reason I am giving it a 3. If it arrived in good shape then I would place this at a 4.

The box its self isnt bad for the price but I recommend getting diffrent stronger bolts as I broke 2 of them putting it together and the wheels themselve are not very good so I recomend finding some better ones at a hardware store or somewhere
